Is it really free?
Yes. Veloz is free for up to 10 units, with every feature. There's no trial that runs out and no credit card to enter.
What do tenants pay?
Nothing. Tenants never pay a fee to use Veloz or to pay their rent.
How do I get paid?
Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Veloz never holds your money.
Stripe's processing fee comes out of what you receive: bank transfer 0.8%, up to $5; card 2.9% + $0.30. You can turn card payments off.
Can I keep my own plumber or electrician?
Yes. Add your preferred pros and they get your jobs first. Veloz only looks for someone else when they can't take it.
Is my data safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Veloz never sees or stores card numbers.
Do you support Spanish?
Yes, the whole app. Owners, tenants and providers each choose their own language.
